Our Work Together

I love to work with supervisees and mentees (supervision of supervision) as we grow, laugh, and learn together. The process of deepening knowledge, experience, and wisdom can be rewarding for both the supervisor and supervisee.

Alongside individual supervision and mentorship, I partner with organizations for team needs assessment, leadership and talent development, and system improvement projects. I bring extensive experience in facilitating sustainable change, resolving conflict, cultivating cultural competency, and co-creating team cultures where people feel a sense of belonging, purpose, and psychological well-being.

I approach supervision/mentorship from a structural supervision perspective as I believe we all thrive with the right balance of structure and support. I use a good amount of humor and curiosity in my approach, as I believe the elements of fun, delight and joy are important parts of the professional growth process. If we work together, you will be challenged and you will be uplifted.

My coaching draws on evidence-based practices to strengthen leadership, improve performance, and enhance well-being. In organizational consultations, I guide teams through assessment, design, and implementation for meaningful, system-level improvements. Every engagement is rooted in principles of equity, inclusion, and sustaining psychological well-being.

I have an extensive background in working with BIPOC supervisees, mentees, employees, and teams addressing a wide variety of issues. I particularly specialize in working with individuals, families, and organizations that belong to or include marginalized and underserved communities such as the LGBTQIA+ community. All of my work, from small-scale to large, is approached from a trauma-informed perspective. I am an Approved Supervisor with WA State and AAMFT.

If you are looking to learn and grow as a therapist, as a supervisor, as a team, as a leader or executive, I would love to help you along the path of becoming the professional you know yourself to be and envision yourself to be. If you are ready to be challenged, and to have fun in the process, I would love to meet with you for a brief (15 minute) free consultation.
